Remodeling for space optimization in the Pageou restaurant
in the Fünf Höfe Munich
In Ali Güngörmüs' Pageou restaurant, a space optimization was necessary, especially in the kitchen, to achieve this an elevator shaft spanning two floors was removed, and additional usable space was created across three levels. Additionally, the entrance situation was revised.
