HAUS HEMMER

Access is via a veranda with an east-facing, covered seating area. The development in the middle and the simple statics with two load-bearing interior walls structure the floor plan. A spacious central arrival and distribution room connects the first floor to a room continuum via two large sliding doors. A single garage and an additional parking space were built so as not to obstruct the garden area and the view to the south, as envisaged in the development plan.
