construction site, massimo dutti, munich, 5 courtyards

In order to extend the Massimo Dutti store in central Munich from the first floor to the second floor, the existing brick ceilings in the listed Gablerhaus had to be upgraded to the required load-bearing capacity by means of a steel structure. In addition, an open stair connection and an elevator down to the basement were created.
