Competition entry for the new construction of 160 apartments
with day care center and consumer market
Around 160 apartments are to be built in Vienna's 2nd district with a residential mix of 1.5 to 4-bedroom apartments, as well as a number of student studios for the neighboring University of Economics. The project proposes a building structure in harmony with the metropolitan scale of the neighboring new buildings, forming two landscaped courtyards.
