For the manufacturing of ice cream from organic farming, a space-forming extension was designed that takes into account the artisanal character of the ice cream production of Stefano De Giglio and Flavio Chouquer, as well as the industrial architecture of the existing building. The individually planned equipment is made of maritime pine panels, MDF and steel. The design of the technical installations of the ice cream kitchen allows the flexibility to redensify the production capacity.
